September 2023: Hired Patent Attorneys (Patent360), formerly of the US Patent Office
November 2023: We were granted a provisional patent on TED ("RHINOFriend")
January 2024: Our Non-Provisional Patent became Pending.
April 2025: Hired Patent Advisory Firm (Liquidax), top 10 largest.
June 2025: US Patent Office publishes our pending patent for public consumption.
July 2025: 11 companies ($300m - $700b market value) in talks to acquire us.
August 2025: US Patent Office Inspector shares his contact and requests further details
September 2025: We have call with the USPTO inspector and refile within his guidance.
Dec 2025 (est): Full patent granted.

Win or lose, what’s really exciting to see is that our number one and number two “dream partners” have actually become the top two real prospects. We’re basically just waiting for the patent office now, and once that grant comes through, I can’t help but feel everything else is already lined up and ready to roll. Just a gut feeling.
