September 2023: Hired Patent Attorneys (Patent360), formerly of the US Patent Office

November 2023: We were granted a provisional patent on TED ("RHINOFriend")

January 2024: Our Non-Provisional Patent became Pending.

April 2025: Hired Patent Advisory Firm (Liquidax), top 10 largest.

June 2025: US Patent Office publishes our pending patent for public consumption.

July 2025: 11 companies ($300m - $700b market value) in talks to acquire us.

August 2025: US Patent Office Inspector shares his contact and requests further details

September 2025: We have call with the USPTO inspector and refile within his guidance.

December 31, 2025: The case has been docketed to the examiner. Soon we shall back.

June 1, 2026: Our attorneys have left three messages, and I have left three more, with our patent inspector. The voicemail box isn't full, so we can only presume they are listening and working. We really should hear back any day now.

June 2026 (est): Full patent granted.
